Shipping Policy
Order Processing

Orders placed on our website are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Many of our products are printed or produced on demand, which means the order enters production shortly after it is placed.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 4–8 business days depending on the delivery location.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

* courier network coverage
* local logistics conditions
* operational delays outside our control

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS to monitor the delivery progress.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided production or shipping has not already begun.

Because many of our products are produced specifically for each order, cancellation requests made after the order enters the processing stage may not be possible.

Returns & Replacements

As most items are made specifically after an order is placed, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly assist with a replacement.

To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with:

* your Order ID
* an unboxing video showing the issue clearly
* photographs of the product and packaging

Replacement Process

If a product issue is verified:

* a replacement product will be arranged at no additional cost
* depending on location, a reverse pickup may be scheduled
* in certain cases, you may be asked to ship the product back to us and the shipping cost will be reimbursed

You will receive confirmation and tracking details for the replacement shipment once the process is initiated.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not issued once an order has been placed.

In cases where a replacement cannot be arranged or the product is unavailable, a refund may be approved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a replacement request:

* the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
* the request must include an unboxing video or clear photographic evidence
* the product must be unused and in its original condition

Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.
