Can I cancel my order?
Since posters are printed on demand, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. However, if you face any issues with your order, please contact our support team.
What should I do if my poster arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email av@thefanstory. In within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and ensure that it is resolved as quickly as possible.

Each order is packed using multi-layer protective packaging to keep the poster secure and prevent bending during shipping.
Do the posters come with a frame?
You can choose between:
